If you want a superb holiday, then this is the perfect choice for families, couples, groups of friends etc. The house includes newly renovated ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor you have a living room with the sofa-bed for 2 persons, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first floor you have a living room with the sofa-bed for 2 persons, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms can accommodate total 9 persons. Sofa-bed in the living room can accommodate 2 persons. The kitchens are well equipped. You have everything you need to prepare your meals. Outside, above the pool area there is an additional area with a smaller kitchen and a fireplace for BBQ where you can grill your meals. In front of it there is a large table and chairs, great for dining. Next to the pool area you have outdoor furniture, trampoline and table tennis. There is also a sound system and a microphone available for you. There is free parking on the premises for up to 5 cars. Market for groceries, drinks & food, restaurant and cafe bar are only 3 minutes away with a car. This property is rented only as a complete unit so your group / family will have private access to inner and outer spaces of the villa. You don't share anything with anyone else. Complete privacy. You also don't have any close neighbours. Other things to note Quiet hours are after 00:00 h (general house rules in Croatia regarding the outside noise), so that applies to villas as well. Everything that is shown on pictures is at your disposal, available only for you as our guests. There is a discount if you make a reservation for 14 nights or more. During July and August, check-ins (arrivals) and check-outs (departures) can only be on the weekends, but we can be flexible - message us before to check if we can arrange it differently for you.
